Mr. Gipson is a co-founder and the president of Extract Companies, LLC, the parent company of Extract Production Services, HOSS Pump Systems & Extract Gas Lift Systems. Mr. Gipson was directly involved in the acquisition of and subsequent management of HOSS Pumps Systems prior to moving into the role as president of Extract Companies in 2018. In Mr. Gipson’s prior role as operating partner for White Deer Energy, a leading private equity group in the oil and gas industry, he was actively contributing to the strategic and operational development of Extract Companies along with other portfolio companies financially backed by White Deer Energy.

Mr. Gipson has held leadership positions, serving as CEO and/or president for petroleum and natural gas product and services organizations including Dover Artificial Lift’s ESP Business Unit, Accelerated Production Services and DynaFlo Artificial Lift Systems. The experience gained while employed with Baker Hughes (Centrilift) put his strengths in business relationship development, operations, sales strategy and account management to good use in his area sales manager and strategic account manager roles for a variety of product lines across multiple North American oil and gas basins.

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Gipson’s professional career has been a continuum of focus on building organizations that are customer driven and solutions-oriented, driven by his passion for the oil and gas industry, influenced in part by his heritage as the fifth generation of a family of energy industry experts. Mr. Gipson has been leading operations teams toward success through developing and enhancing solutions that directly impact customer satisfaction and E&P company returns. This commitment to customer service excellence is apparent in every role Mr. Gipson has undertaken and continues today as he leads the Extract Companies.
