As a member of the Extract Companies leadership team Mr. Thomason works closely with ownership to provide the strategic, financial and operational support needed to meet Extract’s performance objectives. He provides granular financial insight for processes including strategic planning and budget forecasts, produces key performance indicators reports to enable data-driven decision-making. Mr. Thomason’s extensive experience in operational risk management and demonstrated ability to maintain a robust, effective operating infrastructure are evident in his work with Extract and is underpinned by his prior work experience across the oil & gas, aviation & aerospace and manufacturing sectors. His prior professional work experience in the design and management of process change accelerates the achievement of functional business and broad Extract objectives.

Extract customers appreciate the depth of industry knowledge Mr. Thomason brings to the table, specifically in ESP. He works closely with Extract account managers and P&L owners, to develop the customer’s ROI analysis to help structure and then create deals that make sense to all parties involved and encourage good partnership. Under Mr. Thomason’s leadership, the accounting team ensures professionalism during every customer interface experience from account setup to the timely delivery of accurate invoices.

Prior to Extract, he held positions as controller at Accurus Aerospace Corporation and Precision Castparts. Mr. Thomason’s early career as a financial planning & analysis manager, sales manager and senior AMO manager with Baker Hughes (Centrilift), provides the 360° perspective needed to effectively contribute to the overall business strategy.
