Extract Production Holdings

Mr. Goebel is the co-founder and CEO of Extract Production Holdings, LLC, the holding company for Extract Companies, LLC. He is also founder and managing partner of Texagon Capital, LP, a family-limited partnership and currently serves as a board member and advisor for several firms in Texagon’s investment portfolio. Prior to launching Extract in 2017, Mr. Goebel co-founded and was CEO of Accelerated Companies, LLC where, along with his co-founders, he managed the acquisition and integration of 10 separate artificial lift businesses over six years with the support of Parallel Investment Partners and White Deer Energy prior to the acquisition in 2014 by Dover Corporation.

Throughout the course of his 40-year career, Mr. Goebel has held positions of leadership within the energy services industry and demonstrated his ability to invest in and develop profitable companies. He previously co-founded and served as CEO of Trilogy Ventures, LLC and Trilogy Production Equipment, LLC which were merged into Accelerated Companies in 2008. Prior to Trilogy, Mr. Goebel was a VP and general manager of Weatherford International’s electric submersible pump (ESP) business. Before joining Weatherford, he served as CEO of Petreco International, Inc., a joint venture (JV) between Baker Hughes, Inc. and Sequel Holdings, Inc., a private equity company he founded. Petreco was acquired by Cameron International in 2004. Mr. Goebel’s solid foundation in investment banking experience were honed while with SCF Partners, a private equity group focused within oilfield equipment and services. He is a past CEO of Applied Process Solutions, Inc., which was acquired by Hanover Compressor in 2000 and served 17 years in progressively more responsible capacities for Baker Hughes.
