THE NEED:
We installed three new injection pumps for an operator based in the Permian Basin. He was impressed with how well our KODIAK PLC controlled his systems.
He needed a solution he could count on and own – so he turned to us.
Now he gave us a new challenge: Could our KODIAK program monitor his large tank batteries, consisting of 10-12 tanks each, including sending out alerts and alarms the second anything happened? He was already tired of overpaying a third-party company to monitor his tanks every month, which included renting equipment from them. Even worse, this company also charged him a large amount every time he needed them to make repairs on a system they owned. He needed a solution he could count on and own – so he turned to us.
THE PROCESS:
Our HOSS engineering and service team went to work. The customer had exacting specifications for what he needed for monitoring his tank batteries. We worked one-on-one with the operator’s personnel to design and build a customized KODIAK PLC system to meet these demanding needs. The HOSS service team also worked with his personnel to ensure our KODIAK tank monitoring program was properly installed.

Conclusion
